Facilities at Uphall Community Centre


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Book Main Hall

Main Hall

Capacity: 120 people
Pricing: £7.00-£25.00 per hour

Our spacious Main Hall is a versatile venue, perfect for parties, celebrations, corporate functions, community events, and gatherings of lots of different types of groups who need a larger space to gather/

Alcohol may be served in this space, if approved and the correct license applied for with the council. We will be in touch with more information. Selecting this does not ensure this will be approved or possible.
A small speaker for music is availible for this space.
Our small speaker, plus twin radio mics to help your group be heard, and for music etc.
Events that are for public entertainment require a public entertainments license. You must let us know if you have or require this license, and we will be in touch to help you arrange it directly with West Lothian Council.
Please select if you intend to use the shared kitchen for more than a quick glass of water of cup of coffee. This will help us know if the kitchen will be particularly busy. We are not currently able to offer exclusive kitchen use.
This space has a TV which can take HDMI inputs and is great for groups using this space who need to show presentations, videos or online meetings. (Note, in the Youth Room, Meeting Room and Hall these are in fixed positions.)

Our welcoming Coffee Lounge offers a relaxed setting for smaller groups, perfect for meetings, workshops, community activities, and a host of different gatherings.

Our cosy Youth Room offers a comfortable and flexible space for smaller groups, with an attached kitchenette making it ideal for more informal activities, meetings, workshops, and community gatherings. It also has a foosball table, a pool table and darts for those who want to enjoy them.

Our recently renovated Meeting Room is perfect for groups or meetings between 6-12 people or even a space for a quick catchup or to hot-desk. It can be arranged in meetings around a table, small training layout and by dafault is set up an an informal lounge format. Wall-mounted screen also provided.

Available exclusively for Saturday events, this special package combines the Main Hall and Coffee Lounge at a discounted rate when booked together. The adjoining Coffee Lounge creates a versatile breakout space, ideal for refreshments, extra activities, or a quieter area for guests to unwind.
